Merchva LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, runs merchva.com and is responsible for your personal information. Contact us at info@merchva.com.

You give us: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, account password, and anything you write to us.

From your orders: what you bought, when, and how much you paid. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Automatically: device and browser details, IP address, pages viewed, items viewed or added to your cart, and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

To take and deliver your orders; run your account; answer questions and handle returns; prevent fraud and keep the site secure; understand how the site is used so we can improve it; show you ads for Merchva on other sites and apps, and measure how well they work; send marketing emails if you have agreed to them; and meet our legal obligations.

Printful, which prints and ships your order, receives your name, shipping address, phone and the items ordered. Stripe processes your payment. Shipping carriers receive what they need to deliver.

Advertising and analytics partners such as Google (Analytics, Ads and Shopping), TikTok and Meta receive information collected by their cookies and pixels about how you use the site, so they can measure and personalise ads. Under some state laws this counts as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”, and you can opt out (see section 6).

We also use service providers that host the site and send email, and we may disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is sold. We do not sell your information for money.

Some cookies are needed for the site to work, such as keeping your cart and keeping you signed in. Others are used for analytics and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but your cart and sign-in may not be remembered.

We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and sharing.

Depending on where you live, including Colorado and California, you can ask to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; get a copy in a portable form; and opt out of targeted advertising, sharing, or sale. Email info@merchva.com and we will respond within the time the law requires, after confirming it is you.

If we turn down your request you can appeal by replying to our decision; we will explain the outcome. Colorado residents who are unhappy with our response may contact the Colorado Attorney General. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

We keep account information while your account is open, and order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, usually up to seven years. Analytics data is kept for a limited period set in each tool.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our servers are in the European Union and our partners are mainly in the United States, so your information may be processed in either.
