Made to order
Each item is printed just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Misprinted, damaged or defective
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, we will put it right with a free replacement or a refund. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
Email info@merchva.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- your order number,
- a short description of the problem,
- clear photos of the affected item (if several are affected, include one photo of them together).
What is not covered
- Wrong size or style ordered, or a change of mind.
- Damage caused after delivery, including by washing or care that does not follow the label.
- Parcels shown as delivered by the carrier (see Shipping).
- Claims made more than 30 days after delivery.
Small variations in colour and print placement are normal for made-to-order products.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
