Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use merchva.com or buy from us. Merchva is operated by Merchva LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Merchva”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund any payment, if an item is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Every item is printed for you after you order and is produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Production usually takes a few business days, then shipping time is added. Delivery dates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.

Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address you gave was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it at your cost.

Colours can look slightly different on screen than in print, and small variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order products.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email info@merchva.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a refund, at no cost to you, and you will not need to send the item back unless we ask.

If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and, once the carrier confirms it is lost, we will reship it free of charge. Parcels the carrier shows as delivered are not covered. See our Shipping and Returns pages for details. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

All designs, artwork, text and images on merchva.com belong to Merchva or its licensors. Buying a product gives you the right to use that product personally. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, resell or otherwise use our designs.

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in, scrape it in bulk, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give warranties beyond those stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Colorado, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
