Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Faster options, where available, are shown at checkout along with their price.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods such as the holidays, and carrier delays, can add time. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Every order is tracked. We email you the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

If your parcel has not arrived, contact info@merchva.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will reprint and reship it free of charge.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbours, and contact the carrier. Parcels marked as delivered are the carrier's responsibility and are not covered.

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or it was not collected, we can reship it once you confirm the right address; the reshipping cost is charged to you.
